Climate Data & Third-Party APIs
Our Climate Dashboard and Planetary Boundaries pages display environmental data sourced from third-party APIs, including global-warming.org. These requests are made server-side — no personal information about you is shared with these external services.
To improve performance, climate data responses are temporarily cached using Upstash Redis, a server-side caching service. This cache stores only environmental data (such as CO₂ levels and temperature readings) and does not contain any user or visitor information.
